Return & Refunds
A Clear Approach to Returns
At Discover Peptides, we aim to make every order clear and straightforward from product selection through delivery. We encourage customers to review product information, quantities, pricing, and applicable research-use notices before completing a purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or otherwise problematic order, please contact our team promptly so we can review the circumstances and assist with the appropriate next steps.
When requesting a return, customers may be asked to provide their order number, product details, photographs of the packaging or product, and a brief description of the issue. Returns are subject to the applicable conditions communicated by Discover Peptides. Due to the nature of research-use products, products that have been opened, used, altered, contaminated, or improperly stored may not be eligible for return.
Refunds & Order Issues
Where a return or refund is approved, Discover Peptides will confirm the applicable resolution before processing it. Approved refunds will generally be made using the original payment method where practical, although processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. If an order has been supplied incorrectly or arrives damaged, our team will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered processing, been prepared for dispatch, or has already been shipped.
Contact Us About Your Order
